Our chef, Michel Lemozy, and his team will prepare his
famous dishes made with secret recipes:
- Home-made foie gras terrine with two chocolates
- Pan-fried foie gras with caramelised pears
- Duck breast stuffed with chanterelle mushrooms,
- Caussenarde potatoes, sharp walnut jus
- Roast knuckle of lamb, mashed potato with olive oil
- Duo of strawberries and rasberries, granita made with Cahors
wine
- Rhubarb tart, white peach cream.
